Refund policy

Effective Date: June 22, 2026

2.1 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

•       The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

•       The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included

•       Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

•       Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' are not eligible for return

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

•       Items that have been used, worn, or washed

•       Items with removed or damaged tags

•       Items damaged due to customer misuse, negligence, or improper care

•       Items marked as final sale on the product page

•       Gift cards

2.3 How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

•       Step 1: Email us at info@rukufight.com with your order number and reason for return

•       Step 2: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2–3 business days

•       Step 3: Securely pack the item(s) and include the RMA number on the outside of the package

•       Step 4: Ship the package to the return address provided in the RMA email

Please note: Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or an error made by RukuFight. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

2.5 International Returns

For international customers, please note that return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes for the return shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please clearly mark the package as 'Returned Goods' to avoid additional customs charges.

2.6 Return Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
